Role:
We're seeking a talented Web developer who can take Scopial to the next level with his expertise and knowledge and make it one of the best services available over internet. The position is of great responsibility and ownership with ample opportunity to learn, innovate and create a difference. |

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of developing new features and enhancing existing features of our portal Scopial.com
- Plan & execute the larger vision, while growing the team and quality of services to the end users
- Implement processes to manage the application in-house in a safe and secure way
- Define standards and guidelines for design and development
- Implement strategies to help in scaling the web application and making it faster, intuitive and user-friendly
- Managing the project team consisting of programmers, content writers, graphic designers & SEOs/SEMs
- Co-ordinate the implementation of marketing team requirements
- Co-ordinate the implementation of technology in the Operations to automate the complete process

Requirements:
- If you have all or some of the following skill sets that's a big plus. If not, but you think you have the right aptitude, attitude and desire to learn all these, feel free to get in touch with us:
- Experience in the following technologies - Linux, PHP, MVC Architecture, Web Services, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, XML, AJAX etc.
- Should have relevant experience of managing a portal or should have been important team member of any major portal
- Excellent understanding of the internet business and upcoming trends
- Should have a passion for detail and be fully conversant with the latest IT trends
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills and ensures quality standards
- Good written & verbal communication and inter-personnel skills
- Strong people management skills, responsible to build and motivate the team
- Enthusiastic and proactive professional
- Someone who can work independently as well as in a team
- Should have 2+ years experience
